Question about wording on flutes...

OK, so I finally found some toasting flutes that I love, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what to have engraved on them...

(wording is in script and obviously centered)

choice #1:

Bride
9-22-06

choice #2:
Rachelle
9-22-06

OR

The same wording for the names but with September 22, 2006 underneath instead of just the numbers. (all applies to Groom... etc.)

Any ideas??

Did you think about maybe using your married monogram? I think that looks really classy.

I thought about that....

but I kind of like having the date on the flutes, or is that not good?

I'm a bit confused about what people normally do on them

No! It's whatever you like! Usually people put both names and write the date out on each flute. Here's a pic of what it looks like that way and here's one of the mongram. HTH

Do you HAVE to have them engraved? I got mine as a gift and have no idea where to take them for the engraving. Any suggestions?

The place I would be ordering them from does the engraving for you. I wouldn't know where to get it done if they didn't!
