I haven't had a flight meal in 100 years...but yeah vegetarian. And my meal is usually better than the normal meal so everyone wants to steal it. LOL

I have ordered either vegetarian or kosher (even though I don't stay kosher) meals before, but meals are so few and far between nowadays that I don't even bother.

Us too, but that's also why southwest is cheaper.

No, and I also didn't think they really did meals any more. But I took a Virgin flight to London a few weeks ago and I was served dinner AND breakfast. And it was like salad, entree, roll, cake, chocolate...crazy!

Usually I request a low fat. I'm not Jewish but I've gotten the kosher meal before, too. I definitely liked that one better than what everone else was served.

yes...DH and I are vegetarian and have ordered that sometimes...the Hindu meals are good if you like that style food. MIL (a flight attendant) says that the pilots sometimes request that one, which is a good sign. The vegan is alright too, but I had one once that looked and tasted like candle wax! I still don't know what it was!
