Question for anyone???

Does anyone know why I might not have received a welcome package and who I can contact about it????? (I've been a member for almost a month...I know I'm not that chatty yet, but now that I booked a hall I'm sure I'll spend a lot of free time here)

yes the mail & phone calls are never ending!! I regret putting my real phone #, I think I will have to change it soon because the calls just dont stop.
