I didnt because she told me she was paid seperate from the salon. I figured the money is hers for the trial and she sells the makeup thats her own line. I am sure she pays the salon for the space though.

I didn't tip her either. She is running her business out of the salon so I treated her like I would any other proprioritor. I did buy some of her makeup and booked her on the spot.

Same for me
I also bought some of her makeup but did not tip her for the same reason as Leyann and Fran.

Hi, everyone, Well, went to see Jackie this morning-she did a wonderful job. I'm not used to wearing makeup, but it looks great; not overpowering, but just enough. Mom looks fabulous, too. Taking fi to work in a little while; can't wait to see his reaction. Thanks everyone for their recommendations-one more thing crossed off the list!!

What about the hair stylist that she works with?
Has any one used her. I think her name is Margaret. If so, was she good? Is she reliable?

Absolutely tip her!
when we got our makeup done for my sister`s wedding we used a woman who is the makeup artist for fox 5 and also has her own business on the side. yes, it is her own makeup and yes, she runs the business out of her house, but we only thought it was polite and proper to tip her. the woman we used for my friends wedding last week owns a salon, but took the morning off to come to the oheka castle to do our makeup and we tipped her as well. same thing w/ my hairdresser. she works in a salon and rents the space. the money she makes goes is hers, but she pays XXX amount to lease the space from the salon. whether it is a haircut or highlight, i still tip her as do all my friends that go to her. just my personal opnion, but that is what i am accustomed to doing.

I liked her and booked her. I have thick wavy hair just about chin length. She was able to curl my hair up so it looked like an updo. She worked off a picture I gave her.Welcome New Vendors
