Hey Girls when are you sending out your invitations? I just finished (almost ) assembling mine. I was originally going to send them out on JUne 1st. IS that 2 late? some people say it is and I should send them out may 20th what are you girls doing?

I think maybe a couple days before June 1st, just so they get there exactly a month before...I think! I'm no pro at this, it's my first time too!

I just sent mine out this week. People like to book vacations in the summer so i wanted to make sure my invites went out before anybody booked anything.

It's so stressful since I hit the 3 month mark! (2days ago) LOL

You know, I need to actually sit down and MAKE a list! haha It's more like I'm working on all the things in my head!

makeup trial & epics & Finalize menu with hall (a week from Wed!)
final hair trial
buy postage and send out invites!
Have to make the pennants that we're having guests wave outside church
make OOT bags for hotel
Rehearsal dinner invites
finish photocube (gotta wait for epics to come back though argh this means it ain't getting done til late June, early July!)
design programs
finalize, print out table numbers
finalize design of placecards
finalize flowers
final meetings with other vendors
finish up favors - have to get the mugs screen printed, order peanuts/cracker jack and buy favor bags so they can go in mugs
alterations of course!!!
final meeting with church (get all the paperwork done- YIKES)
order tuxes
order best men and jr. usher gifts
get vendor insurance over to hall
order undergarments?
get shoes dyed
buy more honeymoon clothes (at least I got some bathing suits! )

whew thanks for reminding me that I need to design my ceremony programs I really needed to sit down and do this list- so THANK YOU!!! I'm such a disorganized person,I never use lists!!! No wonder I'm always a mess!

Ooooh Aruba- FUN!!! We're going to Cancun....we've already been there but at least this time we're going to a true honeymooner's resort. Much swankier than last time! We just couldn't afford to go anywhere else.

I love cancun! I am going there for my Bachelorette party, WE are staying at a very moderate hotel..lol But it will be fun.I also forgot I have to make out of town bags, what are you putting in yours? You can have them made but it is so expensive! I I'm thinking just water , snacks, maybe a list of things to do (it is in Riverhead) and maybe like a soap/bath kit? I really dont know..lol

I'm actually sending mine out exactly two months before--June 12, with a reply date of July 12.

We have a lot of people who might not come so we did ours early so we have time to send out more. We are sending ours this week, RSVP date is June 15.

hey august girlies! im sending out around june 1st. maybe a day or two before so they have the full month to respond before july 1st. depending on when i print out all my labels and get my invites together, i may end up sending out earlier, we have many OOT guests.

• compat test & another session with officiant
• choose ceremony readers
• seating chart
• finalize and print menu/sig drink menu

• DIY msg in bottle name/placecards
• print thank yous for inside of msg in a bottle placecards
• DIY sanddollar table numbers or Jimmy Buffett song table names
• choose pics for frames
• makeup trial- June (already booked bc she did my MU before)
• meet w/ DJ, ceremony/cocktail hour singer
• figure things out with photog
• my dress fittings- June
• final payment for HM- July
• Prepare Day-of Timeline (copy for vendors)

mine are being calligraphied as we speak and then i'm sending them out probably next week...my RSVP date is June 25th so even if i get late ones i still have some time
