Question for Caryle Brides?

I tried to post this yesterday but it must not have gone through as i can't find it anywhere. So forgive me if this is a repeat.

Did any of you use lighting (white light starburst on the floor or a spotlight for the first dance) with your band/dj at the carlyle? Do you feel the room needed it? My wedding will be much smaller than the room can hold (about 125) so I was hoping it would help make the dancefloor look less empty and intimidating. Thoughts?

I was pretty determined not to have any lights at all but then i saw a tape of a wedding there and it didn't look half bad.

I think the only thing I had was spotlights on the table... If they did do lighting on the dance floor
1) I didn't talk about it
2) I didn't notice it.

I was so wrapped up in the moment the only thing I remember is my DH kissing me 1000 times through the night and doing shots @ the bar...

Sorry, I never even noticed the lights (but ours was during the day, so maybe thats why).
