Question for corset back girls

Question for corset back girls

Do you get that extra 'butt' on your back when they lace up the dress??? Ugh, I hate that, but it seems everyone I've ever seen with a corset back has that!

EDIT:

What I mean is when your back skin pushes together above the top of the corset looking like a butt.

Maybe there needs to be an adjustment to the dress...it might be a little too big right under the corset causing the 'fake butt'

Here's pictures of two corset tie backs...no 'extra butt'

some of the dresses that I tried on, I did, but not with the dress that I got. Although, my corset has the material under the ties, like the second picture in the previous post, so my back is not showing. Maybe that is the difference?

If you are getting the extra 'butt' on your upper back (i didn't get to see pics in time before the came down but you are talking about your upper back correct?), then you corset is being tied too tightly. It needs to be loosened. Speak to whoever is doing you alterations, they need to loosen the corset, their should be NO butt on your back on your wedding day!!!

I agree. I have seen people with the 'butt' in strapless dresses that are and are not corset back and if you have back cleavage, then the dress was either tied too tight or it simply does not fit. It does not look right to me at all. JMO.

When you have it tied, try rounding your back instead of pushing your shoulder blades together. Then when you back is straight you should have a little more room and you shouldn't get that back cleavage.
At least, I think this should work. You could try it out the next time you go for a fitting.
