Question for East Wind Estate Brides...

My friend is strongly considering the estate, but is afraid that she won't be able to meet the min. Anyone have this happen there? Will they work with her?
PS: I suggested she call, but wanted to try to get some info in the meantime

I am sorry we made our minimum her vendors can always count towards her minimum. What minimum did she get 150?

They said 150, but she thinks she is only going to have 130. She has considered another place that would be easier to meet the min, but I don't think she is happy with it. She gets that 'special' feeling when she sees the Estate...that's where she should be.

When I went to put the deposite down they said the min was 175, my dad asked for 150, they negotiated to 165, so they will compramise a little bit.
