Question for Fox Hollow Brides

Hi Ladies!

Quick question for all my fellow Fox Hollow Brides.. Are you dealing with Laura at the Inn for a room block? If so, how is she about getting back to you?

I had a few questions after she sent over the contract/agreement for us to sign and I had a few questions which I sent over on Thursday and haven’t heard back yet (despite leaving her 2 vms)

She said the contract needs to be signed this week to guarantee the block so I am just wondering if anyone had problems getting a response from her as well.

When I would email her depending on what day of the week it would take her a day or so to get back to me. Normally if it was the weekend I wouldn't hear back til Monday.

Question for Fox Hollow Brides - Long Island Weddings

I forgot who we were dealing with but that person never got back to us either. My FH and I went to put down a payment and mentioned to them if we could speak with someone in regards of blocking the rooms and posssibly having a walk through of the honeymoon suite as well as the rooms our guests would be in as no one has got back to us. That is all they needed to hear. When he heard that no one had got back to us, he made a call and sent us over to the hotel and blocked the rooms and had a tour of the rooms ASAP!

I have been having the same issue. I am now playing phone tag with 2 different people for a couple of days now. Hopefully someone calls me back tomorrow!

I struggled with that too. I just showed up one day and forced them togo over everything. We still have yet to see the rooms, but it is not that big of a deal to me. :)

The day that I had signed my contract for the Somerly Room our banquet manager (Bruce) took us on a tour of the hotel. And he showed us all the rooms available.
