I booked last summer when it was still the WinnGate Inn. I did all of my booking with Kirsten and I could have sworn that she told me that for each 15 rooms booked, there were a few free things we could chose from. I know one was the 15 person shuttle and I thought the other thing was the bridal suite for free.
Does anyone remember this?

I only know about the shuttle but it me it doesn't make sense. The shuttle only fits 15 people...thats only like 6 cpls. They only do one round trip each way...I think for my party to many people to fit in there.

same here - unless we get a really low turnout we are going to have to book a shuttle elsewhere - its hard b/c we aren't sure how many people will be staying over yet - i know for sure we'll have 15 people staying over that will need transportation going back to the hotel after the reception (those 15 people are our parents and bridal party) depending on who else stays will make the difference on what type of transportation we use - b/c bridal party and parents will be in limos going to the RH and will already be there - so if only another 15 people are staying at the hotel i can use their shuttle 1 trip going to JT and then 2 trips coming back at the end of the night - but if we have 25 or 30 people staying i dont know what to do b/c all those people need transportation to my ceremony - and i dont want my ceremony to be held up b/c im waiting on a shuttle that has to make more than 1 trip

I have 30 rooms completely filled, so I had to gte a shuttle... I booked a big party bus. It'll make one trip and everyone will fit on it. To me, it was worth the extra money not to stress about a shuttle making 4 or 5 trips...

Same here, we booked a 60 person party bus. I have 30 rooms as well.
I think you can put like $150 credit or something toward the bridal suite. I dont think its free.

Re: Question for girls booked at LaQuinta
danielle i booked before the change as well and i think i remember them saying you get $100 or $150 something like that towards your suite if you didn't use the shuttle.
I booked a party bus shuttle as well so I don't need that shuttle so I am hoping they apply it towards our suite

EXCATLY what im saying - b/c these people need to all get there at the same time for the ceremony, so i dont want 15 people at a time arriving every 20 minutes - its best if they all arrive together and if they miss the bus then too bad for them this is exactly what we were thinking about doing - can you FM about the company you are using like how many people the bus fits and stuff - the only thing is i want to wait and see how many rooms i get before we book it - b/c what if for some reason we dont have as many people stay over as we expected? my hotel cutoff is nov 1 - so i'll know then - is that to late to book a bus?

I used Matt at Ultimate Class Limo. He is awesome, his party bus is gorgeous!! (he has one that holds about 30 and another that holds about 50). It's like a big limo inside. He's really awesome and will take good care of you, I promise, tell him Danielle sent you!!!
