Hi. I'm getting married at a Reception hall that has an appetizer, salad, and pasta followed by 9 Main Entree choices. I would like to make my own menus. Am I going to be able to fit all of this on the menu nicely? If you have or had 9 entree choices can you please post a picture of your menu or tell me how you're going to fit it?? TIA!! i appreciate it!

I'm not sure if its new..i went to visit w/ them for the first time in March. When i read the JT threads on this website there are some girls who have as many as nine like i do and there are some who have less. I have no idea why its different. I assumed everyone had the same menu.
the binder that the give you even says Main Entree Menu Guest choice of Nine.

Just read my contract. We have the deluxe menu. Thats all we were offered, didn't know there was any other menu (but i wouldn't change it anyway. I'm very happy w/ them Just dont know how to fit it all on a DIY menu.

i just went to a wedding there friday night and they had 7 choices and the menu card of the choices was very big height wise, im sure tou can print your own just get a longer card , or maybe dont write what is in each entree, JT's menu had the name of entree and what is in each dish

Did you ask them if they provide menus for you? Because i know alot of places do that! That way they would make sure all entrees fit on the menu and it would be less work for you.

Why not make menus that fold? That way you can space it out nicely and have two sides of the menu to use. You can put your monogram and wedding date (or any grapic you might want) on the front.

Thank you so much for your suggestions. I especially like the idea of making menus that fold. good idea! lol JT does provide the menus i just wanted to do some personal touches.

My RH gives a choice of 8 choices, or 7, I forgot, but they are making the menus for us. I have seen them and everything at the dinner reception fits on the card. If you make them, just minimize your font and you can make it italics if you want to be a litle fancier

I was wondering the same thing. I did a template for a regular sized rectangle menu and the font was so small that no one would be able to read it. If you come up with a way please let me know!

future mulligan had menu cards made by t e sssa that were gorgeous! it listed all the choices on a long card.
it can def be done!
i personally dont like the menus jt puts out so i will be making my own or paying some1 to do it.

we had our wedding at jericho terrace and did the 9 entree menu. i was able to fit everything onto my menu but i used Illustrator. you can see pics of our menu from the pics posted on my review thread. the menu turned out to be about 3 inches wide by 7-8 inches long. a lot of the guests actually took the menu home because they liked it so i don't think it was too cramped. you could probably do the design in word also by yourself. just have your sales email you a text version of their menu (that's what mine did).

i know this is an old post but since there are still people looking for long menus i figured i would answer....i did have them and my wedding was at JT with the 9 choices plus VH - i'll try attaching a pic for you to see - it was a long rectangular menu card

do they have a choice in the other foods besdies main course? if its just going to be served then only list what they can pick from...so just do the 9 choices for dinner on the menu

I did not have many options for entree but I did a folded menu with 2 pages of text.
