Question for LIWeddings re GTG prizes for LD brides and upcoming DC GTG

Just got back into town (DC, that is) and wondered if any prizes had been awarded to the long-distance brides from last week's GTG? Just curious! Also wanted to give a heads up to you and the DC area brides that we are thinking of having our own mini-GTG a week from this Thursday, on January 30. We hate missing out on all the fun you have!

Alison, LIW has not posted anything about the LD prize and it was not announced at the GTG. I sent them a FM on saturday asking them about this but have not heard back yet. I bet they took today off and will respond tomorrow.

Thanks, Debbie. I'm sure that's it. It was SO nice to have the day off today...I'm not ready to go back to work yet!

Yeah I didn't get my LD gift either.

Hey girls,
I am finally here. back at work too. took a little break from LIW this weekend, just getting too stressed but not really working, so i buckled down a bit!

I certainly didn't win the LD prize. been very curious though!!

Hey, I only have two RSVPs for our DC GTG, so perhaps we should try that again. Think we settled on January 30 at Positano's in Bethesda at 7:30 pm. (Although if that is too late, we could move it to 7:00).

Anyone who is planning on coming, please FM me (even if you are only a maybe) and include your real name. I thought that there were at least 8-10 of us last time I checked. Yeah, so exciting to meet other LD brides planning from the area (or who Planned from the area)!! cannot wait!

Alison, will touch base with you later in the week after I get a few more RSVPs! Gonna try to do some more work now!
