Question for North Ritz Evening Brides

Question for all of you ladies getting married at NRC on a Saturday evening:

What time is your florist allowed in to set up????

My CH starts at 7:30, and FH and I and the BP can't get into NRC until 6pm because there is a wedding in the day time too.

I'm meeting with my florist tonight, so I need to be able to tell him what time he can come in to set up. Is it the same time that I arrive? 6pm?

I know I can call NRC and ask, but I was wondering if any of you might have the experience with this already.

What time does the day party end?
(I looked back and i've only worked evening events there latley)

It sounds like the party before ends at 6. If so then then your vendors will be waiting outside at 6 lol.

I *think* it ends at 5:30, and that's why we can't get in until 6. Guess I'll call to check.

Hey!!

I am pretty sure the first Saturday day wedding is over at 530, so I am guessing once that wedding is over, your florists and other vendors can go in?
Maybe 545-6?

I wish I could be of more help but I am getting married there on a Sunday afternoon....Call your BM...I bother mine all the time! =)
