When did you order your invites and do your hair/makeup trials?

I am making my own invites. and I havent done any trials yet. I plan on doing that real soon though.

I'm ordering my invites, hopefully on monday or tues (its going to take the company about 2 months to do)

My regular hair dresser is going to do my hair the day of, so she told me that I should do my trial on the day i'm going for my first fitting. So we can see how everything is going to look together

We plan on ordering invites on may 8.

hair and makeup trials are done not sure about makeup though, but im in the process of ordering my invites now

Since i am DIYing my invites we are ordering them in the next 2 weeks. This way i have time to play around with wording and all that and also have time in case of mistakes.

As for hair and make up.. i booked a few month back but didn't do any trials yet..i didn't have time but with all the recommendations from the great ladies of LIW i felt confident in my choices and am planning on doing trials over the summer!!

I am doing a hair trial tomorrow since I have a wedding to go to....

I'll probably do another trial when I do E-pics this summer.

I haven't started invites yet... just focusing on ordering bridesmaid dresses and booking a hotel for OOT guests.

I got my hair and makeup trial done by Sabrina & Carolyn in Oceanside. They were great. I would book my trial ASAP. My orignial choice was booked for my date (and I called back in Feb.). THe more popular ones usually book fast.

I just ordered my invitations a week ago, on April 18th, which coincidentally, is my parents' and my sister & BIL's anniversaries.

I went for hair & makeup trials (done same day) back in February on my winter break from work. Booked Oksana and Jenn right on the spot! Anyone who can make a pale-faced girl just getting over the flu look like a princess has to be booked on the spot!

We haven't even looked at invites yet lol.

But I did my m/u trial already, my hair trial I will do a month or two before.

I'm getting my hair done at my usual salon

My hair and make-up is booked. I did this a while ago since I called a few places back in January and they were already booked I got nervous.

I just started working on my Invites and hope to have the order in by the middle of May.

I haven't done invites yet. I hope to take care of that within the next month. Right now I'm focusing on finishing my registry and booking the HM.

As for hair/makeup, I haven't started on that yet either. I'm most likely using my regular salon (as long as my usual hair lady stays there - she moved to Massachusetts recently, but comes down on the weekends to still do hair). So I plan to go over the summer to do trials.

im making my own invites...and working on that now (and hoping to have it done around the summer)...im not mailing mine til sept.

I ordered invites 2 weeks ago, waiting for the 2nd round of proofs to be done

I haven't gone for hair and make-up trials yet...I will be using my regular hair stylist at Maximus at the Source Mall, and she told me to go for a hair trial about 2-3 months before the wedding date (which makes sense to me since we'll have a better idea of the length of my hair by then)

i have my invites got them last month-
have had one trial hair and make up 2 weeks ago- i think i am a little a head but i dont live on the island so i have to do stuff when i am down that way.

I booked my Hair and Make up for the wedding back in December....

I still have to make and appt for the trials ....
I was thinking of doing them in September or October.... When my dress comes in this way I can see how it will all look together....

As far as invites go .... We just started to look for them last weekend ... We picked them out and got prices .... I want to check out party city.... They also do invites I want to see who has the better price....

I want to get the ball moving on those and I figure I have to mail them out on September 1st.
