How long before your wedding did you meet with them to go over your choice of linens, menus, etc.?

I still have not done my tasting yet but i'm thinking more towards July anyway.
And speaking of linens, did they tell you that you have a choice of all different colors?? They told me I could have the standard color or the upgraded one which is the darker beige color. I was informed that they have quite a few others????? Why was I not aware of this!

Ooo the tasting was awesome! I had mine already!
Hmm I thought Nadine told us that they have a big selection of linens to choose from... I hope that doesn't mean that we have to pay extra!

Im going to have to speak to Nadine b/c Ida didnt tell us they had anything. Just 2 to choose from which is why i pushed for the upgraded linens..FH calls Ida a robot lol Maybe i'll give them a call soon

Just to be sure, I asked my mom if she remembered her saying something about it and she did! Could you let me know as soon as you find out??
Is Ida the older woman? She does seem a little robotic! hehe
