Does anyone know of a nail/eyebrow place near Rockefeller Center? Is it just me or you can't get your nails done for less than $10 anymore?
Maybe its just been a while for me...please help!

I used to to go to a great place on 49th between 6th and Broadway, right past Pasta Lovers. They are upstairs and very clean. Its called Muse nails.
