I hired 2 photogs, and a videographer. How many people should I count on being there? (Including assistants, etc.) TIA!

Well, I don't know if this helps, but I had two photographers and just two people showed up.
But I didn't have video.

That does help. Sometimes I rely so much on these boards, I forget that I can just ask my vendors directly!

I had 3 people - the photographer, the photojournalist, and the videographer.

We only did photography, and we had the two photographers.

We hired 2 photographers and 1 videographer, but we had 4 guys show up. The 4th guy was the lighting assistant or maybe he was training. I don't know. I forgot to ask.
We did all our tips beforehand and put each person's tip in thier own envelope, but we had to nix that idea when we had 4 guys show up. We wound up giving Jay the tip for all the guys to divide up.
It's probably better to call Duet in advance to find out how many people they will be sending (especially if your hall charges to feed the vendors!).
