Question for past VENETIAN YACHT CLUB brides

How far in advance did you finalize your menu with them? Also, did you have to finalize your cake with them also, or do you do that with the bakery directly?

My wedding is in 17 days, so I think I can answer your questions....

We chose our menu about 2 months prior.
The VYC has a book of cakes from Audrey's bakery in Sayville. You can choose one of those cakes- which are included in the RH price or- you can go to the bakery directly and choose another cake- in which you will have to pay for the upgrades.
