Not because I am doubting their ability, but curious what their cancellation poilcy is? I read my contract, but (no offense to anyone) it's Greek to me, and I don't speak Greek!
It says something about having to pay 20%, and not getting the deposit back?!?!

I dont have the contract handy, and I dont remember the refund policy but I will say this - they were GREAT!!!!!! they decorated my cake too and WOW! Dont worry you are in GREAT hands. Phil the owner is very sweet too, if you are not happy let him know! He goes out of his way for you.
edited to say- I gave them a B+ b/c my CP were not as full as the sample but they were still beautiful and no one knew by me and DH.

Thank you! I do not doubt their abilities or their work. Just something (NOT related to them in ANY way) has come up (personally) and I MAY not need them, it's not 100% though. Do you have any pics??
