I just came back from a run with FH....both of my hands are swollen. This is the 2nd time this has happened. It happened last time we went running too. It's getting me a little nervous. Anyone have any idea why this is happening or what I can do to prevent it??? Thanks!!!
Thanks Mary That makes me feel a bit better. It's so weird though because that's never happened to me before

my hands swell when i run and when i go walking...my hands get warm and heat makes them get swollen...it always happens to me..if you are really concerned check with a doc! don't worry!

Maureen this happens alot to me and I run daily... It happens esp in the summer. The other day I actually woke up with my fingers very swolen. I always equate it with the heat/water intake...
However, are you noticing anything else swelling? Ankles? pain in chest etc?
