I'm not sure if it was you, but did you have the plate to sign in on rather than a sign in book? If so, where did you get it? I think that it's such a great idea!

Re: Question for Sonicstef
Stef got hers at a store called The Painted Pot in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. They sell the plate, unfinished, and will do a design on it if you like. You bring it to your wedding with the pens, and then bring it back afterwards to have it fired.
I think the plate is around $90.

Re: Question for Sonicstef
Misty's correct...(except the store I went to was in Carroll Gardens)
For $90 you get the platter, the pen, an artist to paint your names and date and the firing/galzing.

Re: Question for Sonicstef
stef how far in advance did you buy the plate before your wedding? (so that the markers don't dry out?).......and how many signatures fit on it--do they have different sizes & one more question---could they put any kind of design on it or did you have to select something they already had? thanks!!
