What kind of workouts are you trying and can recommend? I am out of shape but I am determined to look great in my wedding dress (I haven't gone shopping for one yet). I just started Weight Watchers and have even done Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home but I feel it's not enough. Does anybody have any suggestions??

Definitely do your cardio, but don't forget about weights! Women tend to not think about lifting, but it's actually really good for us.
It's good for lots of reasons, but purely for wedding appearance stuff, lifting maybe 1-2x/week (in addition to your cardio) will increase your muscle mass and decrease body fat. Increasing muscle increases your metabolism so it goes well with a weight loss program.
Good luck!

I do weight watchers, writing down what I eat really holds me accountable. I watch my alcohol intake. I also work out approx 5 days a week, spin classes, running, yoga & weights.
