Makeup, what are you doing for your day? ANyone looking for someone that specializes in their skin tone?
I just realized I've never had my makeup done by anyone that specializes/or has darker skin.....and I always hated how my makeup comes out ....

Re: question for the girls..
I actually haven't started looking yet, but my cousin said that she has some one that she goes to all the time that can do it for me. Once I get her information, I will pass it along to you.
I also suggest that you visit MAC. All their make-up artists are certified and have taken classes to work with a variety of skin tones.
If you find someone good let me know!!!

Re: question for the girls..
FYI if you go to MAC you are expected to buy like $50 worth of makeup if they are going to do a makeup trial on you.....they dont let you just come in and play anymore

Re: question for the girls..
I had two trials and my favorite one by far was with a MAC artist....I would book her, but i'm just worried she might not be reliable being that she's freelance?

Re: question for the girls..
I don't have darker skin but I also have to highly recomment MAC. I think they do an amazing job. $50 to me is worth if if your going to get the look you want. As far as the Freelancing goes, if they are a good artist they will make sure they are there on your date if you book with them, I don't think you have to worry about that. I would look up a bunch of pictures and bring it next time your at a MAC counter.
