I have twin FG's but my church doesn't allow them to through flowers I love the whole flower girl basket thing but would it be silly to just have them hold baskets with pedals in them as they walk down the isle? or should I just get them little bo-k's ?? What are you girls doing?

I'm doing those flower puff ball thingys.
and they're going to be fake flowers b/c if the girls put them down, they could be crushed on one side. this way they also get to keep them afterwards!

do pomander ball things instead... theyre like balls of flowers that have a loop at the top for the fg to hold

My friend got married on Sunday and she couldn't use petals either so she used silk petals. Is that an option? Or confetti? Or is it that they can't throw ANYTHING?

we're going with a sort of 'pear' theme in our CPs, so I'm making FG baskets but they'll have plums and (silk) flowers, no petals. my church doesn't allow them to drop them either.
I just hope my FGs actually carry the baskets, both of them are YOUNG..

if it makes you feel better, i was a flower girl when i was 7 and i didn't throw any flowers bc i got nervous. you never know what the kiddies are going to do...

hmmm... lol well when you put it like that then I definitely won't give them baskets with pedals inside. lol they are so outgoing and love attention that they'll probably start throwing the pedals everywhere, they're adorable 4 year olds lol.
