Question for those of you who did or is doing Personalized CD's as favors.
Where did you get the CD jewel case inserts?
and after you bought the inserts were you able to design them? Meaning adding a picture or a logo?

They have them at BJ's pretty cheap I guess b/c I always see people buying them there!

I got the cds and the jewel cases from BJs, but I didn't see the inserts.

I was looking online at Staples, I think I need to go to the actual store and see them in person.
I was hopng someone has already done this and the research and they can just tell me (I am being lazy, I know ).

That's what I want to do. What exactly do you mean by staples paper? Did you order or buy a certain kind at Staples?

Nope, we are using regular paper you buy ( it was near the CD aisle) I think its for that purpose...then someone at work who has a design program will make the design, give it to me on a disc so I could print them...I'll let ya know what the staples paper was when I go back to buy it ( I didnt yet) but it was cheap..

I got mine from blissweddings.com, they were 49 cents each and then I purchased the CD's from Costco buy 100 get 100 free

A suggestion, how about nixing the insert idea, and just attaching labels on the cds? That way, you can have the label peek through the clear cover of the jewelcase.

I am creating them myself (only need a square for the slim line cases).
I Have a straight edge paper cutter to help keep the lines straight.

We just bought card stock... My FI is a graphic designer and will probably design the covers himself using Photoshop... We will probably just use a paper cutter to cut them out.
They do sell insert kits that you can use on your computer though!
