QUESTION FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE ORDERED YOUR DRESSES ON NETBRIDE OR BRIDESAVE....

I am thinking about ordering my dress on Netbride. I received a quote which is 230 cheaper than the bridal shop I went to. Where are you getting your dress altered and how much are you paying? Is it even worth it to have it shipped to you and then have someone else alter it? I am not familiar with any good seamstresses in my area which is why I might just order it directly from the bridal shop.

Confused ....

I got my dress from BrideSave for almost $300 cheaper. Luckily my grandmother's friend is a retired seamstress so she did my alterations, I paid her $150 for the alterations and bustle and she yelled at me that I gave her way too much.
