our resort has a HM perks, but you need to show your marriage cert. since we won't have our marriage cert til after we return, did your resorts accept anything else? maybe a copy of the marriage license, or your invitation? TIA

We faxed over our license and brought a photocopy with us. I have seen some that accept invitations. Some that do it automaticall if you booked it as a honeymoon trip. And some you just make a stink and get them :) Definately call and make sure, they are usually worth it.
