question for those who did the personalized M&Ms

How are they shipped? It is so hot outside, won't they melt?
Also, i'm looking for ideas on how to present them. We have favors that we will give out at the end of the night. But i love the idea of the m&ms. FH loves chocolate!
Should i put them at each place setting?

I ordered the custom colored ones but didn't have them personalized. They actually arrived in a styrofoam cooler with a few ice packs inside! So I think it would ship okay.

We put them in our OOT boxes and packaged them in clear plastic acetate boxes (they're pretty inexpensive -- .30 each or so) and tied them with a white ribbbon. Hope this helps!

I ordered the m&ms too. I was going to put them in those silver favor tins from Micheal's and place them around the tables.

They ship in ice so I wouldn't worry about them melting.

I put them in glassine envelopes with some Jordan almonds.
