Question for Villa Lombardi Brides

When i went to pay my final balance, I was given an envelope to tip the maitre de - i was told by them that he was the only one I need to tip the day of my wedding - i then asked about the bridal attendant and she said that the maitre de shares his tip and she is taken care of from that money - so my question is do i listen to them or should i be tipping others who work at villa lombardis separately. thanks for the input.

We just tipped the Maitre'D because they said that he splits it up between himself the Captain/Bridal attendant. We just took their word for it. But I did take into consideration that all would be paid and made it a little more. Hope this helps, and good luck!

Melissa-Just wanted to say that I got married the same day Aug. 17 but 2001, and we got married at Villa Lombardi's too. I dont remeber too much about the tipping, but our maitre de was AWESOME. I dont remeber her name, but she ran the whole show, in fact she was my bridal attendent too, so we tipped heR, and our waiter.
Not sure if anyone else. Lots of luck, wow you only have a week left till your big day, and one week till my anniversary. In fact I may just see you, we are going out to dinner at Mama Lombardi's for our anniversary, and hoping to get a pic in front of villa for our 1 year anniversary pic.
