I tried on my gown today... and was not very happy. I want to loose about 5-8 ILB. Here is the thing...my big problem is working out. I don't have enough money to go to a gym right now (every penny goes to the wedding), and with school starting next week, time is going to be short. Any suggestions? I want to really tone up. I have 2 years until my wedding...I have no excuse but to be in great shape by that time. How many days a week is really necessary to work out to get some decent tone? I lose motivation very quickly, but I wanna look GOOD!!!!

Re: Question for you busy (but broke) gals...
Have you tried maybe walking with ankle weights, just when you are shopping or something? that should help at least a little.

That's my main problem. I actually paid to join a gym and I haven't been able to go the last TWO weeks, because I work such weird hours and so frequently. Would you have time to go for a job before you work or afterwards? That's the best exercise and it tone the whole body.

Re: Question for you busy (but broke) gals...
You alos have to have the genetic predisposition to bulk up. Some people will work out forrever and never get bulky, so that's usually not an issue. WALKING is a great exercise, you can do it almost anywhere, and it's FREE! Even going to the mall (if you resist the foodcourt). During the holoidays one year I thought I had gained a lot of weight from eating so much and I had actually lost 5lbs because of all of the walking and running around.

Why not try jogging in your neighborhood or at the local school track? If you want low impact pick up a decent bike and ride around.
