So exactly how many points is a banana Muffin.. and im not talking about the modest sized ones... im talking like the size of my palm type of muffin..im afraid to ask!!!!

I was wonding the same thing this morning I had a half of a banana nut muffin for breakfast this morning and didnt know the points either. When I did a search on the WW site the highest was 10 points so I cut it in half and used 5

i dont have any nutritionals but im sure there was nothing GOOD about it.. i got it at the Deli around the corner from my job. it was WAY TO YUMMY to be anything healthy...WOMP WOMP
