I have a corner in my room with a HUGE rubbermaid storage bin...All brochures are placed in there in sections....Then I have a binder filled with all my contracts & payment receipts...I also have an expanding folder file with all pictures & cutouts of items that I used for ideas...Plus I have our guest list in an excel sheet in there....
It is the only way to plan a wedding in my world![]()

I took my style a little from Kissy and a little of my own organized self. Since my day is so far away, I am trying to get all the planning junk out of the way so we can enjoy our time before it.
I do have the expanding file thingy.. with everything important in it, and many (too many...) ideas too...
THe only thing I am religious about is reading the latest Bridal mag delivered to my house ( my poor mailman.. he's getting a gift when my big day comes!) I read it right away, rip out what i want, what i think i want.. and i get rid of it... At one point, I had (no joke) over 30 magazines.. and i've only been engaged since halloween!

I am horrible with the magazines...I have about 20 in my room...Tonight's task is to clean them out!!! The corner has taken over more of the room lately with all the books & magazines!!

I have a binder with pocket folders. Unfortunately, most of my stuff is scattered around my apartment and not organized in the binder.

I am in between. Right now, there is a HUGE pile of magazines under my desk in my guest room. Otherwise, I have a wedding planner with pockets that I have been keeping papers in. I also tend to keep most of my stuff in a bookbag. As I book vendors, I clean out my emails and get rid of the flyers, etc. FI thinks I have way too much stuff, I think i have the perfect amount!

I have the planner and will put any quotes or ideas into it, so Im fairly organized but I do have to say as fas as my planning, There hasnt been too much. Ask me 6 months from now ![]()

I have an accordian file folder w/ all my stuff in it, along with an end table filled w/ magazines! My friends call me 'Organized Bride.'

What is your wedding planning style?
I'm extremely neat...contracts are organized into the correct section of my wedding organizer, all deatils that have been completed are properly logged into their appropriate section (such as location of ceremony, time, priests name...etc.) I even keep a journal (it came with my organizer its not a day to day one) but one that I write down when we got engaged, booking our vendors, getting our first gift...etc...my guest list is on an excel spread sheet, I also keep a list of all gifts that we've recieved, who it was from, and when I sent a thank you card out, all budgets for each vendor are listed and then what we actually ended up spending is listed right next to it...I
FH thinks I'm nuts...but if I 'm not like this...I'll lose my mind...

I bought my binder like 6 months before we got engaged ![]()

I'm somewhere in the middle - I have a planner, but haven't used it yet. I also have the rubbermaid storage bin, but it's not organized - just thrown in there. Then I have my one notebook, with all my ideas and notes written down. I have 1/2 of my briefcase dedicated to lugging around some wedding stuff at all times, in case I get a spurt of energy and focus. I need to get an accordian folder so I can be organized as I beging to see more vendors.

I do have a binder but it's not too updated. I keep all the mag cut outs (rip outs ![]()
) but I could be a little more organized!!!

Ok. I have a binder that I bring with me everyday. There are plastic inserts for each 'vendor' type of thing. There are packets for photos of visions and I have a budget on excel and master list of all gifts, addresses, etc.
I have a folding accordion binder thing with all my various flyers and stuff organized.
But I still feel disorganized...I don't know why!
My one bad thing is that I take notes and I don't like using the 'dj list' thing that people have... so i do it on a big pad.
Right now, looking at it, I just feel like I am not being organzied so that I can clearly understand what I am getting where....

I think I am organized if I need to find a document or any info its in my drawer in my room. But I do have a mound of bridal magazines scattered on my floor in my room. I need to organize that.
