As soon as I got engaged, I cleared two shelves in my living room so I would have room for all of my magazines. I have folders for booked vendors, prospective vendors, and idea clippings. I have all of the contracts in one folder with my budget and cancelled checks and receipts. I also have a desk calendar that has appointments and payment dates. Only wedding stuff is allowed on the calendar!

I between inbetween and not organized. I have a folder where I put brochures and prices and stuff.. its separated into different categories. But most of the stuff I get is in a pile on a table. I've never been one for organization..

Ok. I have a binder that I bring with me everyday. There are plastic inserts for each 'vendor' type of thing. There are packets for photos of visions and I have a budget on excel and master list of all gifts, addresses, etc.
I have a folding accordion binder thing with all my various flyers and stuff organized.
But I still feel disorganized...I don't know why!
My one bad thing is that I take notes and I don't like using the 'dj list' thing that people have... so i do it on a big pad.
Right now, looking at it, I just feel like I am not being organzied so that I can clearly understand what I am getting where....
SAME THING over here Leese! The color coded binder w/ pockets for pics, swatches and ideas. Every time I see a vendor., they comment on it. I have become ashamed of my OCD. So, now when I see a vendor, I just pull out that section/folder instead of lugging the whole thing w/ me. They all think I'm a teacher...
