So I know that we've had a couple of threads on here about pet peeves so my QOTD is a spin off to that...
What are some things that YOU do that could be a pet peeve for others... Or better yet, something a little quirky that you know is borderline OCD and yet you just can't help but do it

I will cry like a baby if any bug comes near me.
My room is an absolute MESS, like all the time, but my dresser drawers and closet are impeccable. (All I really need to do is put away laundry )
If I think to myself: I need to do this. And then space out (in my mind) how long it'll take to do... If I don't have enough time, based on my own idea of how long it'll take, I won't even attempt to do it. This is really bad and part of the reason all of my papers in college were handed in late
Hmm, I know I have to have at least one more...
Oh! And this one REALLY gets to FH... I can't leave less than a $10 tip on the table if we ever go somewhere to eat. I mean, If we go to the dinner and only get coffee - I can deal. But even if the bill comes out to like twenty bucks and the tax is only a few dollars, I'll still leave the $10 because I'm a crazy.

1- My room is always a MESS!!! I can't help it! It's not DIRTY just messy. It doesn't help that we have all our gifts from our e-party stacked in the corner either lol. FH has said he's going to be the cleaner when we move out though.
2- I treat my dog like my child. I personally do not find anything wrong with this but it irks some people. I let him sleep in my bed with me and bring him most places with me.
I'm sure there's a lot more. I will edit as I think of them

3- I NEVER finish my drinks! There are constantly half empty water bottles and snapple bottles around the house!!!

I think the thing I do that annoys people the most is that I make plans, and always break them. (Kedra5 will prob attest to this one!)
And FH *hates* that I leave empty soda cans in the sink haha
And my OCDness kicks in when I eat candy....like Skittles. I have to separate all the colors and eat them in color order (starting with the color I like LEAST)....it's weird, i know.

I don't mind giving my opinion even when it's not asked. that's a hard one to work on.
My room is a complete mess. It's mostly laundry but the rest of my house is clean as a whistle.
I think out loud when I have a lot to do. Kinda like my own little to do list. 'First I'll do this, then this, no wait this thing first etc.' Everyone at work loves that.
I always need plenty of time to catch a plane or train or bus. It's one reason my mother won't fly with me since we get there 3 hours before our flight. U never know what kind of traffic or snafu you'll hot so you need plenty of time

Omg! You know what I do that's SO weird?!?!? When I eat something colored, like Skittles or M&Ms I have to eat one color on each side at the same time, so if I have an orange one on one side you bet there's another orange one on the other side LOL!!!

I do this too! Both my dad and FH shake their heads at me
Will you eventually drink it though? Because every once in a while I'll gather all the water bottles in my room and see how much I wasted - feel guilty and then drink them all in one shot
Which brings me to another guilt trip... I have to finish whats on my plate in front of me. It's like my grandmother is always in my ear saying 'some children in the world are starving finish your food!'

Everyone in my family has to be born on even yrs I almost died because I'm getting married in 2011 I really almost pushed it back to 2012.

I hate the sound of teethbrushing. I can't watch others or listen to others brush their teeth. I gag as I brush my kids teeth and I can only use an electric on mine. When ppl brush teeth in movies I cover my ears and clothes my eyes until that scene is over and I HATE when ppl chew on the toothbrush ewwwww.
If i take my wallet out to pay for something I check my bag 2x after to make sure my wallet is there.
I hate spiders so much I freak out. I make my son kill them for me.
I love the smell of new carpet and when we get one I like to lay on the rug and breathe it on lmao.
I hate throwing things away. I keep the stupidest things for the longest time.

Oh man! Talk about opposites.... I'm going to dental school for a DDS and I throw out EVERYTHINGGGGGGG
It's really bad, one year I threw out a $100 gift card that I got for my mom as a Christmas gift
Is it bad that I have no sentimental attachment to anything except my ring

i loveeee the smell of bleach...give me a white load of laundry to fold and i'm like the happiest girl in the world.
If i start a book - i MUST finish it - regardless of how awful it is. yep, that 1200 page book on henry VIII is still sitting by my bed for the last year...i just feel so guilty.
if i get something into my head that i have to do (get a haircut, buy a pair of shoes, etc) - i need to do it literally at that moment. instant gratification or I become obsessive.
biggest thing that annoys FH is that I always think my way is the right way and the only way....

We are so alike I LOVE the smell of bleach. When I clean I use so much that I can't get the smell out of my nostrils for like 2 days
And I have to finish a book even if its boring I just have to. I was reading this book last yr that was scaring the sh!t out of me so bad that I was having nightmares but I had to read it til the end
And I have to read everything in order back to front from page one til the end no skipping pages even magazines
