When you and FH fight, how long does it last? How long do each of you hold a grudge for??

It's funny. We don't fight. I yell at him. I don't do anything wrong. Ha ha! I swear, I think this is really the case for us. If I'm mad, I usually don't stay mad for more than an hour or so.

Same with me. We really don't fight. I yell, and then get over it. I'm lucky FH will not fight, but it does drive me crazy

the argument itself? never more then an hour....however sometimes it is discussed for a few days till we are both happy.

same here....unless i am drunk and being a moron...next morning when I sober up...

Our fights are quick, we throw a few jabs and then go to our separate corners. FH definitely stay angry longer than I do... I just tend to let it roll off my back easier than he does. But he's better at apologizing than I am.

our fights never last more than a few minutes..lol and they always seem to be about really dumb things! lol and we usually don't hold grudges (i hate them), but sometimes the argument will come up again about the same thing

When FH and I fight, we fight... we let it all out, yell scream and say a few jabs at eachother.... then he will either laugh, or I will laugh, or something will happen and we just change the topic and act as if nothing has happened....

fh refuses to let a fight last more than a day. i'll still hold a grudge after that day but no fighting.

Way too long. It's hard b/c we don't live together and rarely see each other b/c of late work nights, school, sports commitments, etc. So it's easy to let it go on - we're not really forced to deal with it. Neither one of us hold grudges though.

We rarely ever fight , but when we do it doesn't last more thank a few hours

our arguments are usually about 2 minutes... then we just laugh about how silly they are... we do not fight too much...

I held a grudge for 3 days the last time we fought.

on the third day FH asked me something and when I didnt respond hes liek whats going on?

and i'm like I'M MAD AT YOU! IVE BEEN MAD AT YOU FOR THREE DAYS!!

he's like Youve been mad at me for three days? I didnt even notice!!!!!

Our fights last a few minutes. We never hold a grudges. I try to but he never lets me.

We have a rule., enforced by me...We cant go to sleep mad....so it never lasts over night.

He calls me 'Strong Island' (he's not from NY)because I often fly off the handle and scream and yell like a nutty Italian (sorry but most of us Italians can go OFF!). He's so much more laid back, I wish I could be that way! But yes, I get over it pretty quickly.

funn you ask...we fought last night (lots of stress right now because we are looking for an apartment that we don't want to pay for lol...its a waste) and it lasted until this morning pretty much. Actually, i'm still kind of aggrivated, but I can't bother him at work

we can argue and get over it pretty fast. but theres always one who wont give and the other has to apologize. we rarely fight, more of disagreements.

were both subborn so our fights never go anywhere! he is the type where he can never be wrong and I am the type that gets hurt by his words.... My FH tends to say something harsh when he gets really angry.. Then I get angry and hurt and I start crying.. then we dont talk for a while.. then he feels bad for hurting me then he says hes sorry.. but the problem is we can never come to a agreement haha. we are working on it lol

not long! FH wont let me stay mad at him....he'll keep annoying me until we make up

but i dont mind because i cant stay mad at him for that long anyway - most of our fights are pretty dumb anyway and are over silly stuff.....

we never hold grudges!

after 10 yrs...we know how to communicate with each other. :)

we have arguements but we get over it in like 5mins and thats long lol
