Question on how to post a picture????

If someone e-mailed me a picture - is there anyway I can get it onto this site? Does it have to be scanned on directly?

you write whatever you want to write in the text box, click on the browse button below & attach your pic.... then just to make sure that the pic attaches properly, click on preview post & show us your baby girl!!!
