i just did mine. i put John & Judy. i think it is much more natural coming from us. although it was strange addressing my grandmother by her first name

This is what we did. We are not THAT formal with our family & friends.

I was wondering the same for place cards.
I don't want to call my parents & aunts & uncles Mr & Mrs, but there are parents' freinds I don't want to call Bob & Karen.
