Why is it that I got one quote for my HM with a price of 109 pr. person and another quote from a different agency at 218 per couple? Is it because the more expensive agency's insurance has more coverage? What has been your experience with this ladies?

that is a pretty big markup for insurance
my insurance was 69 pp

What does your insurance cover?
This certain TA is telling me the $ 218 for one couple includes 5k medical, $ 800 for baggage loss and $200 per day trip interruption or delays.
Could it be that some places don't give the same amount of coverages?

Definitely, the coverage varies from company to company. Compare the policies. Good luck!

where can i get information on different travel insurance policies?
FYI: price increases as the length of the trip increases. since my HM is 15 days, it's much more than a week long HM
