Did you pay your photographer & videographer in FULL before receiving your albums and video?
Just curious what the norm is.

Photog when when we got our proofs. Videog they day of the wedding.

we paid our photographer in full and our videographer we owe 700.00 to when he finishes the video...i wasn't fully comfortable with paying in full for the pics but we did it.

photographer was paid in full at the wedding & we owe 50% to the videographer when we pick up our video

we do not have to pay in full until after the wedding when we pick up the proofs and when we pick up the video.

yes I need a match lighted to my behind so I can complete my album and video so i can get them back

I only have to pay half before the wedding, ¼ on delivery of the proofs and the final ¼ on delivery of the album. Looks like I got a pretty good deal.

We have to pay the balance when we pick up the proofs.

for us, photography had to be paid in full prior to the wedding. videography, the bulk of it prior and a small percentage was left to pay after weddding but before getting raw footage
