question - past brides need your help please

ceremony 3 pm
cocktail hour 7 pm
reception is 25 miles east of the ceremony.

do the parents ride in the limo to pictures?
or do they follow in a car?
do the grandparents come to pictures too?
what about aunts and uncles?
where do al lthe family shots occur?

i am so lost- no idea where to tell everyone to go regarding pictures

please share wat you did

I'll give you our start times so you can compare them to yours if it helps - our ceremony and reception were both at the same place though.

Our invite time for the ceremony was 6:30pm. We started pictures with us and the BP at around 2:45 or 3:00 (we saw each other before the ceremony). We had our parents and grandparents ride over to our picture location at around 5:30/5:45 for the 'traditional' pictures - they came on the shuttle bus (which then returned to the hotel to pick up guests at 6:15 - the hotel was very close). We didn't take pictures with aunts and uncles but I'd add more time for this since it will require more 'group arranging' by your photographer.

We finished up with our family pictures at around 6:00 and then did a 15 minute rehearsal. Hope this helps

I'm not a past bride, but here's what we're doing:

- 3pm ceremony (Brooklyn)
- pictures with us and the bridal party (ONLY) directly to follow ceremony
- Parents/Grandparents/Family shots will be taken during the Cocktail Hour at the Reception Site (7pm in Woodbury)
