So... i'm a small girl right. I never really watch what i eat and am very active so i'm in pretty good shape. But i've always been a skinny girl.
I was upstairs paying for bfast and the cashier sees what i'm paying for (egg whites and cheese on ciabatta bread, juice, grapes, and a donut lol) and says, 'i don't know how you stay so skinny when you eat like that', and/or 'I wish i could be that skinny and eat whatever i want.' I ALWAYS feel uncomfortable when someone says that to me and i respond, 'well, like everything else is has it's good and bad points' (like not being able to gain weight when i need to).
Anyone else have this type of experience lol.

Re: question questin
Well I always had the opposite problem not that I was ever really huge but I could afford to shed a few pounds....
Well 3 years ago I did Weight Watchers religiously. I watched what I ate, went to the gym... I had lost 20lbs. I felt great, and at first I had the support of EVERYONE around me... Then as I was losing more and more. I began getting comments from friends that I was 'obsessed' and I 'looked fine so stop'... blah blah blah... it's like no one can be happy for someone for too long. I know there was a lot of talk behind my back about it. But so what I was OBSESSED with being HEALTHY! big deal.... I let it get to me and eventually caved and stopped being as strict about it... now I am back there again working to get to where I was. I don't mind having to go I actually enjoy it usually.
But I hear what you are saying Weight is a very personal issue and big, small, thin, heavy no matter what people should keep their comments to themselves....

Join the club. When I was almost at my goal weight, I had so many people asking me 'aren't you done yet???' 'you don't need to lose any more', etc.
The best though was my father who told me I looked anorexic. I was like, 'no....just because we're Italian doesn't mean I have to look like Grandma never stops feeding us.....'
