Question re: green tea

We are TTC and I have cut caffine out. I only get decaf soda, I don't drink coffee at all, and once in a while when I have tea it is decaf. I have heard that green tea is great for you, even heard rumors that it helps with ttc. However I understand it has caffine in it. Do you think it is o.k. to drink this?

you can buy green tea without the caffiene. i am drinking a cup of it right now! it is by celestial seasons, and they have all different flavors of decaf green tea.

I know your not supposed to have Herbal teas and teas w/ caffeine

I drank Green tea decafe while TTC and the first trimester of my pregnancy. Now I can only drink sparkling water.

I drank green tea while TTC for purposes of increasing cervical fluid during ovulation (sorry if TMI). Between the green tea and Robitussun - it really worked.

I never knew that about Green tea and TTC. I am addicted to Turkey Hill Iced Green Tea, I cant stop drinking it since I am preggo. It is so good. I looked up the caffeine on their website and it is slighly higher than decaf (10mg per glass vs. decaf 5mg per glass)

I too drink decaf grean tea & robitussin! It is supposed to do what Jeanene said!

When I am I supposed to take the Robbitussin? Right around the time that I am ovulating? Or the week before? I also heard about taking St. Joseph's asprins, they are supposed to help in some way.
