How do you transition from one dance to the other? (ex. From the first dance to the father-daughter dance and mother-son dance) Do you do all of them at one time, therefore needing some kind of “transitioning”, or is it done at different times? I’m thinking of just dancing to the first verse of each song (just so the guests don’t have to sit there and watch 15 minutes of us dancing). But if each dance comes right after the other isn’t it going to be really weird? Does this make sense??

Re: Question regarding dances
We're going to do them at different times. We'll start out with our first dance, then after dinner we'll do the others.

Re: Question regarding dances
I think it normally goes that the first dance is obviously right after the introductions, then the father/daughter, mother/son dances come around the time of the cake cutting. Your DJ will help you out with that!

Re: Question regarding dances
Yeah first dance right after introductions and parent dances after cake cutting. People won't be bored. I am skipping the parent anniversary dances and replacing them with me and FH dancing with our DD. I thought the same thing about people being bored but I went to a wedding last Saturday and was surprised byb how fast all 4 dances went!
