Question/Help regarding Bridal Party gifts

I plan on buying the BMs (5 of them) earring and bracelet sets to wear for the wedding. I also thought of getting 3 of the 5 (the other 2 are OOT BMs) gift certificates to the bridal shop to use towards the balance of their dress or fittings.

I told FH this, and he thinks the earring and bracelet sets is sufficiant (they are $75/set). And he wants to get the guys Gift Certificates to Fossil. Do you think these gifts are enough?

I feel like I want to give more.

TIA!!

**BUMP**

I wanted to also get the guys a money clip or a nice keychain. FH did not like this and wants to just do the gift certificate. I think it's not personal enough.

Any ideas, suggestions?!?!

TIA!

I'd look at how much you are expecting them to pay for their dress and if they are required to pay for the shower or not.

ETA: Although gift certificates aren't personal, they are fine for guys. My FH has a pile of 'personal' things from being in weddings that he doesn't use.

See FH doesn't get that!
Girls dress=$210 (plus alterations)
Guys tux=$100

Girls contribution to shower=?? (it's a surprise to me, but the guest list is 60+ people)
Guys=BIG FAT ZERO

Think I need to remind FH of this!

Re: Question/Help regarding Bridal Party gifts

I've gotten some unique presents for being a BM.
For example, one bride gave us Tiffany braclets and a burned CD with songs that reminded her of that certain BM. Then another friend gave us GC to a spa and individual gifts that reminded her of us (I got a DMB tshirt because we always went to concerts together).

Ya know, just alittle personal touch. Doesn't have to be pricey just alittle something - it adds a touch of sentiment to the gift.
