Question:How long were you together before he proposed?

exactly 4 months ~~~ I know some people think that we're crazy. I feel like I've known him all my life. Its sooo strange but when I think about the fact that we're together for 7 months I can't believe it - I feel like I know him so well. (maybe because we live together)
just thought id share & ask

Dec 19-1998 i met him-

But he's my best friend and everything -we had our ups (more then downs) and we took a break to grow up-and @ the end we knew we couldn't be apart from each other...

so we know we'll last im happy we waited this long ( besides he's 28 im 29 so it's perfect imo in age) i've done and been everywhere-and i know ill do DBL with my best friend

I know a couple married 32 years and he proposed after 2 weeks!

We were dating for over 5 years.

At that point we had been together a little more than 5 years. Once we get to January 9th 2008 it will be 7 years.

Met Dec 28 2005

Became 'Official' Jan 1, 2006

Moved in together June 6, 2006

Proposed Feb 13, 2007

So we were officially together one year, one month and 12 days before he popped the question!


ETA - I had to edit my post because I said 'he pooped the question!'

I have to learn to ready my post before I hit POST!!!

about 2 years and 3 months. we met on 2/4/05, became an official couple on 3/27/05 (his bday), moved in together 10/28/06, and he proposed on my bday this year 5/8/07.

Almost 5 years next June 2008.

But we were really good friends first before we even started dating. I think for us that helped alot. We were so close as friends.

Our first date was April 24, 2000 and he proposed July 26, 2006, so 6 years and 3 months we were together before he proposed

a little under 5 years. We'll be 2 weeks under 6 years when we tie the knot. Would have loved to get married on our anniv, but it won't be on a weekend again until 2012, and this year was too soon for us.

Well I have known FH for 15 years. He lives right across the street from my cousins who live 5 blocks away from me. And he is best friends with my brother. And he knew he always wanted to marry me haha...but....

we only started dating 1/2/05. (then we had known eachother for 13 yrs)

he popped the question 10/13/05 so 1 year and 9 months we had been together before he proposed.
