What are key questions to ask when we go look at RH's tomorrow? I just dont wanna get jipped or anything. Ya know like things I wouldnt think to ask? not that you guys know what I am thinking but put it this way I know nothing!!

You need to know what you want. My FW and I went to a few different RHs and we asked for what we wanted and priced it out. If you know you want something you need to make sure you can get it.
Find out what is included and what is extra. Find out if tax and tip are added into your price PP already. Find out what the common tip is for the Maitre d.
Find out what your Minimum and Maximum guest is. That might be the biggest thing. You need to have a number of guests in your head.
See what they will throw in. Play the game.

these are the questions I asked every RH
1. WHAT DATES IN (whatever month you want)ARE AVAILABLE?
2. HOW MANY PARTIES OCCUR AT A TIME? ARE ANY SPACES SHARED?
3. WHAT IS THE PRICE/PERSON AND WHAT DOES THAT INCLUDE?
3B. WHAT LIQUOR IS INCLUDED AND WHAT IS EXTRA?
3C. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE FOR SATURDAY VERSUS SUNDAY?
3D. HOW LONG WILL THE PARTY BE?
4. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM GUARANTEED FOR EACH ROOM?
5. WHAT IS THE STAFF TO GUEST/TABLE RATIO?
6. WHERE IS THE COCKTAIL HOUR HELD?
7. IS THERE A BRIDAL SUITE?
7B. WILL FOOD FROM THE COCKTAIL HOUR BE AVAILABLE IN THE BRIDAL SUITE?
8. WILL THERE BE COATROOM, BATHROOM AND PARKING ATTENDANTS? DO THEY COST EXTRA?
9. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OUTSIDE VENDORS?
10. IS THERE ACESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
11. ARE THERE ACCOMODATIONS FOR GUESTS NEARBY? DO YOU PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF SHUTTLE SERVICE?
12. WHERE CAN WE TAKE PICTURES ON THE GROUNDS IN FEBRUARY?
13. WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE? WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
14. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
