So I booked them in Sept... when I met with John we had some discussion about the type of flowers I wanted. Things were great. Well in Jan I wanted to make an appointment with him for Feb to discuss things further. I sent him 2 email and left 3 messages for a period of 3 weeks and finally and email response OKing the appointment. So now I called him last weeka nd this week and stillno call back. I know they get great reviews on here and I am excited he is doing my flowers, but I am very incomfortable with the fact that the customer service is so bad. Did anyone else have this experience? Am I overreacting? Is a week to 2 weeks an acceptable amount of time to return a phone call?

I met with Flower Michele, they do such great work, but to me Customer Service is a BIG DEAL~
My florist (Designs by Rose) returns phone calls/emails the same day ALWAYS.
At the end of the day, you need to have peace of mind.
I'd call John and speak to him about why he didn't return your phone calls/emails, so in the future it doesn't happen again.

I think you should call him directly. If he isn't there, asked them when he is back so you can speak to him and make an appointment.
I just spoke to him 2 weeks ago and I'm going to see my sample this week.

I actually e-mailed them to see if they were available for my date when I was looking, and they never got back to me!!! I was surprised. But others have nothing but great things to say. Do what you feel most comfortable with.

I was at FM over the weekend. John is swamped, wedding season is upon him. If you want to get in touch with him, I think you're best bet is to call.

Same here! Not a complaint in the world.
Same here! I emailed them in the beginning to get started and then decided to call instead. I have been working with them and they are ALWAYS helpful. Try to call in the afternoon instead of the evening. I think they are bad with email.
