Questions for DOC....

I am seriously thinking of getting a DOC. I have my own questions to ask them, but I was looking for questions that you may have for them too that I may be missing........Thank you!!

• How many people work for your company?
• How many weddings have you done so far? How many do you have booked for this year?
• What makes you qualified? How long have you been a wedding coordinator?
• Give an example of problems helped to solve at a wedding helped plan
• How long will each prep meeting last? What information will you need from me before the meetings?
• Will you be at our rehearsal and is there an extra charge for this?
• Have you worked at our venue before?
• Have you worked with our vendors before?
• Do you have insurance that the RH requires?
• Can you handle last minute changes and emergencies?
• What is the deposit requirement? How do we pay?
• If we cancel our contract, will we get all or any of our deposit back?
• What time do you arrive on the wedding day and what time do you leave?
• Who will be responsible for what (with multiple DOCs)?
• What happens if you have an emergency and can't make it to my wedding? Do you have an assistant or a back-up?
• Do you provide day of time-line, tipping guide, checklist for the day of the wedding and reception timeline?
• What assistance do you provide with the guest list, seating chart and RSVP's? How much is this extra?
