Questions for former CLM brides

Does anyone know if Nick does all the Maitre'D work at CLM? My FH and I have been dealing with Lou since the beginning but we were wondering who we would get on the night of the wedding. Anyone know?
Any suggestions on who to ask for as a bridal assistant from CLM? One review was not very positive about one of them and I just want to make sure my BP is well cared for.

Did any of you go to the Black Forest Bakery to meet with the baker and pick a different cake? Did it cost additional?

Also, did anyone use Floral prestige for flowers?

Nick was our Maitre'D but we had dealt with him the entire time. I know they do have other Maitre'Ds so you might have to request Nick if you want him or to see if he is even available.

We had Monika for our bridal attendant and she was amazing! I actually heard from Nick that she was training to be a Maitre'd.

Didn't use Floral Prestige.

We looked at the Black Forest website and picked out a cake... printed a picture, brought it to Nick and he took care of it. I know if you want you can definetly go to the bakery as well....
