Questions for Hall???

Im calling CHCC today with some question I need answered. Can you girls add any anyquestions you think I should ask them.

Also does everyone need to do a food tasting???

We did not do a tasting, we did get to choose most of our CH and had the option of bouncing out entrees for other entrees (we didnt do this) but its not necessary to do a tasting unless you want to. Then just see if they will do it and how and when you can go about doing it. If they allow it I would try and do it close to your date to ensure that the person cooking for you will be the one cooking for your wedding.

The kinds of things that you want to ask are basic-make sure that everything is in your contract-if they say XXX is included-make sure its written down adn initialed by whoever you are meeting wtih.

Find out the movement of your guests from CH to Reception, the set up of the tables, will they set out your menus, favors etc. or will you need someone to go in and do this for you.

Find out about candles? If they are allowed and if so what kind of holder htye have to be in.

How many waiters per table?
How many bartenders?
The set up of CH food, the last thing you want is all the food in one place and getting lunch lines?
Seating for CH-is there enough?

Just go with it. As they speak think about you as a guest and just ask-it never hurts to ask no matter how stupid a question it may seem.
